Shared Service Implementation, Operation and Improvement
 That’s what we do!

Building a shared service?  Need to implement or improve the performance of one?  Might want to bring in the shared service experts - those who focus exclusively on shared service design, implementation, and operation.  We provide a complete, integrated approach to Shared Services from strategic development, business case development, process improvement, systems deployment to operational management - we build, operate, and ‘fix’ shared services.  Delivering a ‘first’ such as BAE SYSTEMS HR shared service, the ‘largest’ with Royal Mail’s shared service for its 200,000 employees, ‘best in class’ leading shared services at MBDA, and the ‘most complex’ at Her Majesty’s Prison Service - providing a depth of shared service expertise second to none.
